Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Products returned without original packaging

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us with clear photos of the item and packaging.

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
